The Port of Ridgefield develops high-quality facilities for businesses of all sizes. We are currently planning a new facility in southwest Ridgefield: Oak Ridge Business Park. The facility will feature a 20,000-square-foot industrial building with flexible 1,500- to 2,000-square-foot suites designed for small businesses, particularly in the trades.
Ridgefield faces a shortage of appropriately sized commercial and industrial units, limiting growth for local contractors, fabricators, makers, and start-ups. The Port's investment in Oak Ridge catalyzes $75,000 in grant dollars from the Washington State Community Economic Revitalization Board to deliver affordable, flexible industrial space that directly supports job creation and strengthens the region’s small-business ecosystem.
