The Port of Ridgefield is seeking bids for the Off-Property Portion Remedial Action project. Work will take place in residential yards and public rights-of-way in Ridgefield, Washington, and includes excavation and off-site disposal of dioxin-contaminated soil, replacement with clean topsoil and aggregates, and full landscaping restoration.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting and site walk will be held Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Port office, 101 Mill Street, Suite 100, Ridgefield, WA.
Sealed bids are due by 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 2, 2026. Bids will be opened remotely via Zoom. The Port will decide on contract award or bid rejection on or before Wednesday, April 22, 2026.
