The Port of Ridgefield will be seeking qualified design and engineering firms to submit their qualifications for the renovation of the nearly century-old Greely Building. The Port of Ridgefield will be inviting proposals for the design and engineering of a new multi-purpose parking facility. This facility is envisioned to support not only the daily parking demands but also serve as an overflow area for boat parking. Key features of the project include the integration of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. The Port of Ridgefield, in partnership with the City of Ridgefield, is planning the development of a new waterfront park designed to enhance community engagement and recreational opportunities.
