Public Meetings


This Meeting Notice is provided pursuant to Governor Inslee’s November 12, 2020 Proclamation 20-28.13 and made in the interest of the safety and welfare of the public, the community, and our employees and to limit the spread of the virus. The Port Office will remain closed to the public during the COVID-19 Emergency Declaration, Port Commission meetings will take place virtually in accordance with Governor’s Proclamation 20-28.13.

According to the Proclamation, the Port is prohibited from conducting a meeting in which members of the public are physically present during the meeting, and because Clark County remains in Phase 2, the Port cannot include the in-person component available to public agencies in Phase 3 counties. Written comments may be submitted to the Port by email at or mail: PO Box 55; Ridgefield WA 98642. Mail must be received by 12:00 noon the day of the scheduled Port Commission meeting. Comments will be compiled and provided to the Port Commissioners and necessary Port staff.
